I had my second floor and steps re-done with new carpet, LVP, and LVT. Wendy was very helpful in the initial consult with understanding the types of flooring and picking colors that would work best for me. The install was done in a timely manner, before I moved in, and everyone was very communicative. Any issues that arose were handled quickly. I am very satisfied with the end results and would use them again.

Wendy was exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She even offered having her family dog sit for my puppy sometime! She took the time to explain all the available types of flooring and guide me to the best options for my home. The installers were professional, hard working, and efficient. The only minor challenge was a slight language barrier as their primary language was Portuguese. There was also a glitch was the additional cost for difficult work and hours that hadn’t been anticipated. Overall, I would highly recommend Wendy and her crew for quality work and customer service!

Amazing fast , efficient and above most professional. Did the job right with zero complications or issues and lead us through the process from start to finish. I have used many other companies in the area . She makes you feel like her only client and saw it all to completion. You would be remiss to not get a quote and feel it out yourself . I have had this job measured 5 times by the last company and for some reason never followed through with any plans . When cancellations happened . Whether it was me or them I felt just lost and frustrated. It would months before any movement happened or a new appointment confirmed. It wasn’t until Wendy stepped in and shown me how it could be and should be . Also I can say more is It was and then some. Thank you. Wendy

We have partnered with Wendy and her team on several jobs where homeowners needed new floors installed while we handled painting the trim. Let me tell you, every single time I walk onto one of these projects, the floors look absolutely amazing. The homeowners constantly tell me how fast and efficient they are, and they are always blown away by the quality of the work. Wendy and her team are super communicative throughout the entire process and always take great pictures to keep everyone updated. On top of that, the quality of the products they use is just top notch. I highly recommend Wendy and her team for any of your flooring needs. I would confidently recommend them to any of my own customers 100% of the time.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. The carpet looks, feels fantastic, and they even went the extra mile to make sure every detail was right. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction—this one does. Looking forward to working with them again on another project in the near future. Highly recommend!

They are very professional made you feel like family. I was worried about a scam, but every time I reached out they responded right away. It took a little longer then expected for the carpet to come, but when it did and we got our installation date, they were on time and clean up after themselves. I was very proud with my carpet. From Wendy to Dan and his crew and even the business manager who sent out a holiday card. Love this company highly recommended. Thank you so much.

They were courteous and respectful of my house. They took away all debris when they finished and my new floor looks wonderful.

Absolutely Outstanding Work! We had a tricky flooring issue that two other companies couldn’t solve — but Wendy and her team came in and completely exceeded our expectations. Not only did they fix the problem area flawlessly, but they also managed to eliminate some long-standing squeaks in the floor that we thought we were stuck with forever. The entire installation was smooth, precise, and flawless from start to finish. Wendy and her team were extremely professional, punctual, and respectful of our home. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their clients’ satisfaction. This has been hands-down the best flooring experience we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a flooring company that delivers real results and stands by their work, look no further. We highly recommend this team for any and all of your flooring needs!

Shopping for flooring from home was wonderful. So easy in a relaxed atmosphere. Wendy brought multiple samples to see in my home which made it easier to choose against furniture and paint. The price was great too - I've now bought carpet for my stairs as well and am eager to have that installed. Everything arrived quickly, was professionally installed and I couldn't be happier.

I was very impressed with the initial consult & Wendy's presentation, selections, & how knowledgeable she was about the products she sells. Although I had a problem with scheduling in the beginning, once the appt. was set up, the execution was flawless. The installers were very prompt & respectful, the project was done in less than 3 hours so I didn't have to miss a full day of work, they did a great job cleaning up when they were done, & they did a great job all around the board!

They did an amazing job helping myself and my wife with our flooring. We had issues with other contractors and not being able to match the color to the rest of the house and Wendy went out of her way to find us the almost exact same flooring as what we have. I highly recommend using them and we will definitely be using them for our house expansion in the near future. Also, Dan, the production manager was very nice and made sure the installers did not leave until myself and he were at my home at the same time to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. After months of headache and different contractors dealing with my floor, they made it possible in weeks and you cannot beat their price. All around just an awesome company to deal with.

Wendy was great to work with! She spent a lot of time with us helping to choose a good color that complements our existing woodwork and cabinetry. All the samples were right outside in her van. It was so much easier than perusing through countless samples in the store, signing out and lugging them home and back! Work was done efficiently and accurately by crew with oversight from Dan. They made a lot of effort to clean up and make sure we were fully satisfied! Love my new floors!
